1. Nature of the Service
Fixbun provides client-side utilities that execute locally in your web browser. When you use Fixbun, your device processes the media files directly. Fixbun does not store, host, or transmit your media content to external servers.
2. Ownership and Responsibility
You retain all rights and ownership of any media, images, audio, or video files you process using Fixbun. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to edit, modify, and process the media you provide.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
Fixbun is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for maximum compatibility and precision, we do not warrant that all file formats or corrupted files can be restored or compressed without error.
4. Limitation of Liability
Because Fixbun executes locally on your hardware and does not alter your original source files on disk, Fixbun and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the tools.
